I understand that any damages found after my exit will constitute a charge to my student account.  Any damages will be taken out of my housing deposit and any funds remaining will be available to be refunded to me once the administration has determined that all damages have been addressed. 

However, if damages exceed my housing deposit, I understand my student account will be billed for any excess damage charges.

In addition, I understand that I must apply for a refund of my housing deposit using the refund request form located on the log-in page of my student account.
