Registrar's Office

 Under the leadership of Casey Capps, the Office of the Registrar is located in the Greer Academic Center on the first floor of Colonial Hall. The office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

MISSION STATEMENT
As a member of the Academic Affairs Office, the Registrar performs the essential roles of supporting, facilitating and promoting the academic mission of the College by connecting students to the faculty, curriculum and classroom on a continuum of service from enrollment to graduation and beyond. The Registrar authenticates and verifies the product of these connections while providing the organizational structure for the sound and efficient delivery or instruction, allowing the faculty and students to focus on scholarship and academic achievement. With this structure, the Registrar is charged with ensuring adherence to academic policy, preserving academic integrity, safeguarding and graciously dispensing, sharing and applying knowledge. In conjunction with the Office of Enrollment Management and Institutional Research, the Registrar strives for distinction in the areas of technological development, retention and research.

COURSE SCHEDULES
Martin Methodist College provides day classes for Fall and Spring semesters as well as Evening College classes which consist of eight week modules. There are two, eight week modules for Fall and Spring semesters. Martin Methodist College also offers classes for the mini-term and two Summer Terms beginning in May for day classes and there are also two summer terms beginning in May for the Evening College Program.
