Martin Methodist College presents a comprehensive financial aid program of scholarships, grants, part-time employment, and loans which is designed to assist as many students as possible. Financial need and academic potential are the primary determinants in the majority of aid packages, although a limited number of awards are made solely on the basis of past academic achievement or performance in particular disciplines (i.e. athletics, drama, art, music, etc.)

The student and family are expected to contribute as much as possible toward the student’s educational costs, with assistance provided by the college and outside sources viewed as supplementary to these efforts. The Martin Methodist College Student Financial Aid Office requires the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (www.fafsa.ed.gov) to be completed by every student who requests or receives financial assistance. This approach is sanctioned by the federal government in conjunction with the aid programs which it finances.
