  • Don’t use your user name (the part of your user ID to the left of the @ symbol).
What to do if you forget your password

If you forget your password, you must  contact the MMC Help Desk. Send an eMail from your personal account (Google, Yahoo ...) to o365-1412@martinmethodist.edu Do not save this email address. To minimize spam this email address is subject to change without notice.

The Subject of the email must not be blank .. Use something like  "Need help with password"

You must include your Student ID and your Martin Methodist email address in the body of the email - along with any notes or comments. If you live on-campus please include your building and room number. If you do not live on campus please include your current address. We will verify all information before acting on your request.

If you do not have a personal account, we recommend setting up a Google account. This will give you access to Google Drive - see below. Or you can come see us in the IT Department - Martin Hall - Room 101

Saving your documents on the web.

MMC provides 500 mBytes of network storage for each student. While this is normally sufficient storage for one semester, we recommend that you always keep a backup of your documents off-site. There are several free services on the web, MMC will support the following three:

Google Drive https://drive.google.com- 5 gBytes - provided by Google -- variety of free apps including Google Docs - you must create a Google account. For help go to http://www.martinmethodist.edu/campus-life/it-dept/Google_Drive

My Site https://mailmartinmethodist-my.sharepoint.com- SharePoint Online provided by Microsoft -- We are still working on documentation for you for this service, but if you want to dive in it includes several options (Wiki, Blogs ...) where you can collaborate with fellow students. For Help go to http://www.martinmethodist.edu/campus-life/it-dept/my_site
