Q: Do we have cable TV on campus?
A: All dorm room and apartments have access to free basic cable TV.
Q: Do I need a converter box?
A: No. You do not need a converter box; you can plug the cable directly into your TV.
Q: My picture is fuzzy.
A: If your picture is fuzzy, make sure that the cable is connected tightly to your TV. If the problem persists, contact the tech dept.
Q: My cable connector has fallen off the cable, and now I cannot receive any channels.
A: If the cable connector has fallen off the cable, please contact the tech dept, so we can replace the F- connector for you.
Q: Can I get any other packages with my basic cable service?
A: No, you cannot get any other packages to add to your free service. Our contract allows us to offer all student free basic cable, and not expanded programming.
Q: What channels do I get with my basic cable service?
A: Go to this website, and you will be able to review the channels that are available to you.
