This Institute is an in-depth time for study about Youth Ministry. It will strengthen a person’s call to ministry as well as give hands on ideas and support for ongoing ministry. It will be inspirational as well as practical and relevant to where youth and youth ministry is today.
Using the strongest leadership in the area, including college professors, clergy and youth workers, class members will receive training needed for effective youth ministry in a local church.

Working with staff and youth councils
Course work includes outside reading and assignments, meeting in ministry groups, journaling, and one class meeting with the pastors. Each class meeting will have assigned texts and reading. All books and reading materials will be furnished. A resource list will be developed during the class to become a comprehensive listing by the end of class time together.
