Youth Ministry Institute

YOUTH MINISTRY INSTITUTE

A youth work training program provided by the Young People's Ministry of the Tennessee Conference of the The United Methodist Church and Martin Methodist College.

What is Youth Ministry Institute?

Youth Ministry Institute is more than just a training program to equip people who are passionate about connecting youth to the life-changing message of Jesus Christ.  It's an opportunity for those called to ministry with youth to connect with others who have the same passion and struggles.  It's an opportunity to form a community of leaders, learners, supporters and most importantly Christ followers focused on building ministries that are Christ-centered, innovative, sustainable, and theologically strong.

YMI Leadership Team:

Dr. Jack Radcliffe is the Dean and Coach of the Youth Ministry Institute.  Jack is an Adjunct Professor of Christian Education at Martin Methodist College
