RENTAL FEES FOR MARTIN METHODIST COLLEGE FACILITIES
(EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 1, 2002)
COLONIAL HALL:
Gallery - $150 (includes hallway & stairway)
Kitchen - $50
Ford Conference Room - $75
Whole downstairs includes rooms up front - $50
MARTIN HALL:
Auditorium - $150 (more for lights)
Upperman Room - $100
Upperman Conference Room - $50
Classrooms - $25
JOHNSTON CENTER AND SCIENCE BUILDING:
Alexander Auditorium - $50
Classrooms - $25
STUDENT UNION BUILDING:
Cafeteria – Check with Karen Medlen on renting
Snack Bar Area - $50 Check with Karen Medlen on renting
CRISWELL AND UPPERMAN DORMS:
Rooms - $7.50 per night per person (assumes double occupancy)
Camps - $25.00 per camper (includes meals and lodging)

Above fees do not include extraordinary clean up. If facility is not in the same condition
as it was prior to rental, a clean up fee will be charged.
A set up fee of may be charged for the set up and use of college tables & chairs-$1.25/chair, $10/round tables, $8/8ft. table.
Maintenance unlock/lock fee-$22/hr. (2 hrs.)
