Individuals - Annual membership $100

Families - Annual membership $125

Monthly Usage Fees* $60 per quarter IN ADVANCE
* The $60 per quarter covers the entire family. "Family" is understood to be IRS dependents.
NOTE: Hours and charges are subject to change without notice. Special events, repairs, etc., may result in closing of the CLC. Notices will be posted in advance. THERE IS NO CREDIT FOR TIME CLC IS CLOSED.
REVISED RULES
NOTE: Please be reminded of the following rules regarding use of the Christian Life Center and have all family members read them. These are for everyone's maximum enjoyment of the Center. ID cards must be presented at the door for entry to the CLC, and everyone must sign the register located at the front desk in the lobby.

Guests of CLC members must be non-residents of Giles County. A Guest Card must be obtained in advance from a CLC staff person.

A guest is the responsibility of the CLC member. When the member leaves the building his or her guest must leave at that time also.

Proper attire (shorts, shirts, shoes) will be required to use the facility.

White sole tennis shoes are required for activities on the gymnasium floor and on the racquetball courts.

Swimsuit attire allowed only in the swimming area (no wetsuits in the gym or weight room.)

Activities other than that for which an area of the facility is designed must be approved by Martin Methodist College.

No alcoholic beverages permitted in the facility.

No use of tobacco products permitted in the facility.

Lockers may be used rented for annual usage (see staff person). Members must bring their own locks.

Children 15 years of age and under may use the weight facility only by special arrangement between parent or guardian and club management.

Children 12 years old and younger must be accompanied by parent or guardian in the swimming pool.

CLC Telephones are not for private conversations! Use should be limited.

Drink machines are not the responsibility of the CLC.

CLC staff is not responsible for personal articles left in the gym, pool, racquetball courts or dressing rooms.

Security bars on the rear doors are not be removed without special permission.

Anyone caught breaking the rules or misusing the CLC will be asked to leave the facility.

SPECIAL NOTICE

For safety reasons, small children are not permitted to use stationary bicycles. Bike tension should be released after use.

Basket ball rims are not to be hung on or popped.

Kicking of any kind of balls in not permitted in the gym. (basketballs, volleyballs, soccer, nerf, etc.)

For your safety, it is recommended by the CLC staff that you wear goggles when playing racquetball.

Please get instruction from a staff member on the proper use of weight equipment. Do not drop or slam weights on machines.
SPECIAL EVENTS at the CLC must be coordinated through the Development Office (363-9815), and CLC director (363-9828).
