After four After four months of hard work by committees and terrific external partnerships, Martin Methodist College is proud to announce its finest website to date. Live on March 1, 2006, many thanks are due to those who made this project possible.

Site Mapping Team was responsible for identifying the ten primary content areas of the new website and creating maps of the sub sections to ensure that content could be properly gathered and displayed. Members: Jamie Hlubb, Ted Brown, David Stephens, Dominic Nigrelli, Jim Murrell, Robby Shelton, and Michael Kelley

Design Committee was responsible for directing the “look and feel” of the new website. Members: Ted Brown, Jack Gregory, Michael Kelley, and Robby Shelton, David Stephens, and Grant Vosburgh

Content Development Team (CDT) was responsible for gathering all the information to be put on the website, learning the software, and posting their section’s content. This team put in hours of hard work and will continue to ensure the success of this project by maintaining and growing their section sites. They are the cornerstone of this project. Members: Kim Bracey, Sandy Craven, Jamie Hlubb, Crissy Jordan, Tina McGill, Michael McClanahan, and Mendy Vickers

This website was created using a CMS (content management system) developed by Site Mason. This product is designed for large groups of non-technical people to work on a single website while still maintaining a consistent look and feel. It is a perfect fit for the college environment.

CentreSource is the web design company that customized Site Mason’s tools into an extremely functional, easy to use, and stylish website. Misty Galyon was the primary contact and incredibly talented web wizard. In addition to being the president of CentreSource, Nicholas Holland was both fun and effective as the CDT trainer. And thanks is due Chris Moore, sales consultant for seeing that our needs were met on budget and on time.

Thank you to Pulaski Electric Systems (PES) who provided expertise in server design and maintenance. PES is hosting the new MMC webserver.
