Athletics: Martin Methodist College participates in intercollegiate competition in basketball, baseball, volleyball, softball, soccer, tennis, golf and bowling. The college is a member of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics. During the past several years, Martin Methodist College intercollegiate teams have distinguished themselves by advancing to numerous NAIA postseason competitions. Business office: The college’s Business office is located in Grissom Colonial Hall on the second floor. The business office handles student billing and fees and other financial matters related to the college (931-363-9817) or cdunnavant@martinmethodist.edu.
Campus Services: The Campus Services office is located on the first floor of Martin Hall and is responsible for processing the mail for the College. Every full time day student is assigned a mailbox with a combination lock which is located in the Student Union Building (931-424-7356) or sbelford@martinmethodist.edu.
Financial Aid: The Financial Aid office is located in Grissom Colonial Hall on the first floor. The Financial Aid office is responsible for processing Federal Pell Gants, Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grants, Tennessee Student Assistant Award, Tennessee Lottery Scholarships, Federal College Work Study Program, Student Loans and Endowed Scholarships (931-363-9821) or abeecham@martinmethodist.edu.
President’s office: The President’s office is located in Grissom Colonial Hall on the second floor. Martin Methodist College is governed by The Board of Trustees and the President’s office reports directly to the Board on the College’s affairs. In January of 1999, the Board of Trustees of Martin Methodist College made the momentous decision to seek growth in the size of the student body to at least 1,000 students. This decision set into motion a 10- year plan, Martin 2010, which is necessary to accommodate the projected 2010 enrollment of 1,000- 1,200 students. This plan includes the ability to offer expanded programs and services for students (931-363-9801) or ehlubb@martinmethodist.edu.
IT Department: The IT Department is located on the first floor of Martin Hall. The IT Department is responsible for maintaining the college’s campus technology, database information and student e-mail accounts. Students may request technical support when arriving to campus and the IT department provides this support (931-363-9832) or mcurry@martinmethodist.edu.
