Current Productions
I want to invite you all to attend our current spring production. As many of you may know, we are performing Archibald MacLeish's J.B., a poetic modern look at the Job story. It's not a comedy-although Neil Simon has written a comedy on Job-so don't come prepared to laugh much; in fact, you might want to bring tissues. I know that I am biased, but I think that this is the best cast I have ever directed; they are doing an absolutely amazing job. And now that we have the technical problems ironed out-thank you Fred, Kevin, and everyone who helped-you should be in for an outstanding show.
The performances are February 23, 24, 25, and 27 at 7:00 p.m. It is free to all Martin employees and students, $6.00 for adults, and $3.00 for non-Martin students.
I do want to warn you that the play includes strong emotional content, and adult language, so discretion is advised. I also would like to stress that no one will be seated after the show has begun, so promptness is mandatory. I hope to see you at the theatre this weekend.
